## The Service

TwitterVideoDownloader.org helps you save media from public posts on X (formerly Twitter). It looks up the public post you link to and lets your browser download the media files directly from Twitter's servers. We do not host, store or distribute any videos or GIFs. The Service is free and is provided without an account.

## Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to:

- download, copy or redistribute content in a way that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- re-upload or sell other people's content as your own, or use it commercially without permission;
- send automated or excessive requests, scrape the Service, or try to get around rate limits or other protections;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

## Content ownership

Media on X belongs to the people who created it. Using the Service does not give you any rights to that content. You are responsible for making sure that your use of anything you download is allowed, for example for personal viewing, under fair use or with the owner's permission. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. "Twitter" and "X" are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe the posts the Service works with.

The Service depends on how X delivers public posts, which can change without notice. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we don't guarantee that any particular post or video can be downloaded.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
